Season Summary
Welcome to traveling youth soccer for the Fairfield, Iowa area!
Spring 2026 practices will begin the week of March 23rd. Each team's coaches will communicate specific practice days and times, but practices are typically two to three times a week and begin around 5:30 pm. Our first games are scheduled for Saturday, April 11th and will continue most Saturdays through our End-of-Season Tournament on May 30th & 31st in Oskaloosa, with a Holiday Break on May 23rd. Game schedules will be published at 641soccerleague.com as each weekend approaches.
IMPORTANT: Regular registration ends Sunday, March 22, 2026. Late registration ends Sunday, April 5, 2026 but includes an additional $15 late fee!
Ongoing Communication: Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email that includes instructions for how to sign into your child's team using the Heja app. The Heja app will be used for all communications about practices, games, weather delays, etc. for U8–U14+ ages.
U8 Parents — You will have the option to be part of a non-traveling team or, if your child prefers to compete with other towns, we will have select travel weekends available. Sign up and communicate your travel preference with the U8 coaching team when dates are announced.
U10, U12, U14+ Grade 8 Parents — You will be registering your child for a traveling soccer team competing on the dates listed above with other clubs in the 641 League. Coaches will communicate details about game times as each weekend approaches.
High School Players (Grade 9–12) — Spring high school soccer is organized through Fairfield High School, not through FASA. Please contact the Fairfield High School Athletic Director directly to inquire about playing on the high school team in the spring.
New Families — U12 and above players will need a copy of an age verification document (such as a birth certificate or passport) to register. To find the correct age group for your child, please see the chart below.
Returning Families — We are continuing to use the same online registration system. Please use the same login information you set up previously. This will allow the system to locate your household and previously registered players, simplifying the process for you. You may be asked again for a birth certificate, as the system no longer retains this information from year to year as a security measure.
Need help? If you are unable to register online, please email noah+fasa@siemsenconsulting.com or message the FASA community on Facebook for assistance.
Not sure what team your child is on?
It depends on their birth year and not their school grade until they are in high school. See chart below:
